Do you force dispatch?
Absolutely not. You always approve or decline every load. Our job
is to find and negotiate strong options, explain them clearly, and
let you make the final call.
How do your percentages work?
We operate on a percentage-per-load model:
• 4% – The Flute (starter support)
• 7% – The Bottle (most popular)
• 10% – The Magnum Run (premium, high-touch)
You’re only billed on loads we actually dispatch for you—no load,
no dispatch fee.
How do I pay you?
Dispatch fees are tied to the loads we book for you. Once the load
is delivered and invoiced, our dispatch percentage is paid from
your settlement according to the terms in your Dispatcher–Carrier
Agreement.
Do you work with new authorities?
We can work with newer authorities, but broker requirements and
lane options may be more limited at first. During onboarding,
we’ll talk honestly about where you are, what lanes make sense,
and what to expect in your first 60–90 days.
What equipment do you dispatch?
Our primary focus is on:
• Dry Van
• Reefer
• Flatbed
Power Only or other equipment types may be considered on a
case-by-case basis, depending on the freight and your setup.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term lock-in. We work on an ongoing basis, but you’re not
trapped in a yearly commitment. If you ever need to pause or move
on, just follow the notice terms in your agreement so we can close
things out cleanly.
Who talks to the brokers about detention, layover, or TONU?
We handle the communication side—check calls, updates, and
submitting detention, layover, or TONU requests on your behalf.
Final approval and payment always come from the broker or shipper,
but we advocate for you and keep the paperwork organized.
